Our trained reception staff are here to help, please treat them with courtesy and respect at all times. We operate a zero tolerance policy and abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. You may be asked for more information about your request in order for it to be directed and dealt with appropriately.
Our management and reception staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.

Our practice nurses are professional people in their own right and will be seen by appointment only. When making an appointment to see a nurse you will be asked for some information about your appointment in order for you to be appointed correctly.
Attached Staff
The Primary Care Trust employ a Phlebotomist, Advanced Practice Physiotherapist and a Community Link Worker (www.wearewithyou.org.uk) who work within the practice.
Students
Medical students and nursing students attend the practice from time to time. We hope that you will co-operate with us and help the students to learn about general practice. However, you will be informed of their presence in advance and, if you do not want them to be present at a consultation, your wishes will be respected. This will not affect your treatment in any way.
